HotplateGo connects customers with food vendors at campuses, offices, events and public spaces. Here is what to expect whether you are ordering food or selling it.
For customers
Order ahead in a few taps.
No queuing. No waiting for food that is still being made. Browse vendors near you, add items to your cart and pick up when it is ready.
Browse vendors
Open HotplateGo, allow location access and see food vendors available near you. Filter by what is open now or browse by food type.
Add to cart
Tap any vendor to see their menu for today. Add items and quantities to your cart. Your cart remembers your vendor and service area.
Pay or book
Check out online where the vendor has payment enabled, or book your slot and pay on collection. Your order goes straight to the vendor.
Collect hot
You get a notification when your order is ready. Walk up to the vendor, show your order reference and collect your food without waiting in a queue.

HotplateGo gives you a simple dashboard to manage your menu, track incoming orders and update your availability — all from your phone.
Apply and get approved
Fill in the vendor application form with your business name, contact details and company registration number. We review applications and email your credentials once approved.
Set up your store
Log in and set up your profile. Add a logo, write your menu with descriptions and prices, upload food photos and set your service area.
Publish your daily menu
Each day, toggle items available and mark your store as open. Customers see your live menu instantly. You can update stock levels or mark items sold out at any time.
Accept and fulfil orders
New orders appear in your dashboard instantly. Accept, prepare and mark orders ready. Customers receive updates as their order progresses.
Accept online payments from customers or offer pay-on-collection. You choose what works best for your business.
Boost your visibility by promoting your store or individual items to appear higher in the customer feed.

Frequently asked questions.
Is there a cost to apply as a vendor?
There is no upfront application fee. A small service fee applies per order once your store is live. Full details are provided during the onboarding process.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email at the address you provided with a decision and, if approved, your login credentials.
How do customers place orders?
Customers download the HotplateGo app, create an account and browse vendors near them. Orders are placed and tracked entirely from the app.
What payment methods are supported?
HotplateGo supports online card payments as well as pay-on-collection, depending on the vendor. Payment options are shown at checkout.
Can I sell at multiple campuses or sites?
Yes. Vendors can be assigned to multiple service areas. Contact the HotplateGo team after approval to discuss multi-location setup.
What if a customer has a dispute or wants a refund?
Vendors are responsible for handling refund and cancellation requests for orders they accept. HotplateGo keeps order records to support any disputes between customers and vendors.
